Shipping Info

Domestic Customers

For a great combo of low cost and fast shipping, we use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail whenever possible. As of September 2020, we only charge $8 flat shipping to anywhere in the US! No matter the size or weight of your package, shipping is only $8.

    We currently do not charge for handling fees or our eco-conscious, recyclable packaging. We ship from beautiful Los Angeles and our packages go out on a daily basis.

    We send out orders quickly! If you have an issue with your invoice, please try to resolve it before paying. If you pay for your order and have an issue afterward, please contact us ASAP. Sometimes your order can be processed and shipped within an hour of payment, but typically packages are processed within 24 hours of payment.

     

    International Customers

    International customers will be invoiced for shipping at actual freight costs. To get a general idea of freight costs, please see the table below (please note these are approximations, not actual international freight costs):

    Because of the higher cost of international shipping, we are willing to hold international orders for up to 2 weeks. The shipping cost will be included in your invoice and can be paid separately from the rest of the balance if need be. We will not ship your order until we receive the shipping payment in full, but we want to extend these options to our international Crystal Crew :-)

    We fill out customs forms to match the exact dollar amount of goods shipped. If your country requires you to pay import duties or fees, you are responsible for those fees. Please keep this in mind when claiming items in our Live Sale.

    Once international packages leave the USA, there is nothing we can do to redirect or change the delivery on the package. We will re-ship items returned to us; however, you will be responsible for freight charges on packages that need to be re-sent.
